The focus of my work experience has been on business organization and management.
Tom and I owned and operated a successful restaurant in Bradenton Beach for over 25 years, where we established many business and community relationships that still hold strong today. Our focus turned to finance as my role was administrator for our financial services company, dedicated to managing investments and 401k plans. From there we transitioned to investing in commercial real estate where I handled all administrative duties.
I love working with people and I love real estate, which is why I have joined the Coldwell Banker team as a full time Realtor. I believe that buying and selling a home is one of the most important decisions you will make. I want to help individuals, couples and families to make good decisions for their future and to have an exciting and positive experience while doing so. My goal is not quantity but quality…I am dedicated to making it happen for every client I work with.

Business background:
Since 1981 I have called the west coast of Florida home! After almost 25 years as a successful restaurant owner in Bradenton Beach, FL, I transitioned into finance, starting my own financial firm serving clients investment needs and 401k plans. After selling the firm to my partner I followed my interest in commercial real estate, where I renovated, bought and sold properties along with doing 1031 exchanges.
I have been on both sides of a business deal, and have developed strong negotiation skills, having negotiated buy and sell deals, contracts and leases with tenants and landlords along with property management.
You will find my professional work ethic and dedication at the Coldwell Banker St. Armand’s office. Whether you are buying or selling a home, I bring exceptional concierge service, communication, and a commitment to help you reach your goals. Financial discipline, management and attention to detail, which are all essential.
I have served as volunteer and fundraiser throughout all my children’s schooling as well as my church. I have worked with the local Kiwanis Club raising money for local charities and St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
